Reservations and pre-orders

A reservation holds your place and costs nothing. A pre-order or deposit is fully refundable until the service starts. Ask and we refund within 5 working days, no questions.

Paid services

What you get, when, and for how much is written in the plan you choose before you pay. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund.

Liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and running. We are not liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing here removes rights you have under your local consumer law.
