What we collect
- When you book a call
Your name, email, company, and anything you add about what to cover.
- When you call (872) 270-8538
Your phone number, and the recording and written transcript of any message you leave.
- When you email hello@tarroway.com
Your email address and what you wrote.
- When you browse
Pages viewed and buttons clicked, counted with Google Analytics. In the EU, the UK and Switzerland we only count after you say OK. Elsewhere we count unless you opt out.
- When a page loads
Our fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
We do not ask for payment details on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and to see which pages help people. We do not use it to profile you or show you ads.
Who helps us run the site
Tarroway and these services, which handle data for us and only for this purpose:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and forwards our email.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar.
- Twilio runs the phone line and voicemail.
- Google runs Analytics and Tag Manager, and serves our fonts.
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages, bookings and voicemails: up to 24 months, then deleted. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, for example the EU, the UK or California, you may have more rights, such as getting a copy or objecting to how we use it. Email hello@tarroway.com and we reply within a reasonable time.

Analytics cookies only. No advertising cookies.
To opt out, use (also in the footer). We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. You can change your mind by clearing your browser's site data.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us and limit who can see it. No website can promise perfect security.

When we change this notice, we change the date at the top.
